Industrial Cleaning Contractors Limited are to commence an internal structural clean to a new facility based in the south of England for online retail giants Amazon.
The warehouse was previously part of the Tesco distribution network and encompasses some 25,000 m2 of floor space under one roof. The commercial premises date back some 30 years or so and during that period has seen very little in the way of cleaning undertaken. As part of the building refurbishment ICC’s cleaning works involve the vast internal steel framework, all walls and cladding, floor surfaces and floor line removal.
