ICC will survey the extent of any works, working with the client’s ‘Schedule of Works’ or make recommendations and provide a bespoke schedule.

Based upon this information we will then provide a fixed lump sum cost clearly indicating the extent and limitations of works with no hidden extras or exclusions.

Documentation & Procedures.

Prior to commence of any works we will submit, for approval, a bespoke non-generic ‘Site Specific Package’ including,

  • Risk Assessments
  • COSHH Risk Assessment, COSHH data sheets
  • Method Statements
  • Safety Induction, site specific
  • Plant operator certificates. (IPAF Cards all operatives hold accreditation)
  • Waste disposal procedures, requirements and documentation

Operatives will read, acknowledge and sign our ‘Site Specific Package’ a copy of which will be supplied to the client. Throughout the works duration site supervision will conduct routine safety checks and ‘Toolbox Talks’ at regular intervals and our management will attend site at least once per week to ensure compliance of such is strictly adhered to.
